1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and kg1971 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the kg1971 website at kg1971.net, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions herein.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the kg1971 platform and close your account. Continued use of any part of the platform following any update to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

kg1971 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to players. Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication on the kg1971.net website. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for changes. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

1.2 Language of Agreement

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or dispute.

1.3 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kg1971 operates as a platform serving players in Bangladesh and applies the standards and practices relevant to that market. By using the platform, you accept these governing terms without qualification.

2. Age Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open a kg1971 account you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party or corporate entity.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly illegal under applicable national or local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of kg1971 or its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from kg1971 or had an account permanently closed for breach of these terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and with funds that lawfully belong to you.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one kg1971 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonuses will be voided, and any withdrawals pending at the time of suspension may be withheld pending investigation.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and mobile phone number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. kg1971 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any registration detail at any time.

2.4 Identity Verification

kg1971 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any account holder at any time, and in all cases before processing a withdrawal request above a threshold determined by the platform from time to time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time period will result in withdrawal suspension until compliance is achieved.

3. Account Obligations & Security

Upon successful registration, you become the sole authorised holder of your kg1971 account. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.

3.1 Login Credential Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your kg1971 username and password confidential at all times. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. kg1971 will never ask for your password via email, support chat, or telephone. If you suspect your credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify the support team at support@kg1971.net.

3.2 Unauthorised Account Access

If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspicious activity, you must notify kg1971 immediately. kg1971 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your login credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

3.3 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method changes, you must update your account details promptly. Outdated information may delay the processing of withdrawals and identity verification requests.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. kg1971 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant account balances, or to close the account and return any remaining balance to the registered payment method, after providing reasonable advance notice to the registered contact details on file.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on kg1971 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kg1971 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or third-party payment arrangements of any kind.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

kg1971 accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — minimum deposit ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Bangladesh-registered banks — minimum deposit ৳1,000 per transaction.

Deposit limits and available methods may be subject to change. The current limits displayed in the kg1971 cashier section of your account at the time of transaction are the operative limits.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed in real time and credited to your kg1971 account balance within five minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to two hours to reflect in your balance. kg1971 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, bank, or mobile network operator.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from kg1971 are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed identity verification before a withdrawal can be approved.
• Withdrawals are returned to the same mobile wallet or bank account used for the most recent qualifying deposit. kg1971 does not permit withdrawal to a third-party account under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Any active bonus balance attached to your account must meet its applicable wagering requirement before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• kg1971 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on any withdrawal request at any time. This may include requesting a recent photograph of your NID alongside your registered mobile number.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operational hours. Withdrawals requested outside operational hours will be queued for processing at the next available opportunity. kg1971 targets a maximum processing time of 24 hours for all approved withdrawal requests on verified accounts.

4.5 Refused and Reversed Transactions

kg1971 reserves the right to reverse or refuse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these terms is suspected. Where a deposit is refused, funds will be returned to the originating payment method. kg1971 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a refused transaction where that refusal is made in good faith on the basis of fraud prevention procedures.

5. Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements

kg1971 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, daily deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal campaign bonuses tied to events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out in this section and in any supplementary promotion-specific terms published alongside the relevant offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded to a kg1971 account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Bets placed using bonus funds that do not meet the minimum qualifying odds threshold do not count toward wagering requirements.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period stated in their individual terms. Bonus funds and associated wagering progress that have not been completed within the stated expiry window will be automatically removed from your account balance without compensation. It is your responsibility to check the expiry date of any bonus credited to your account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a bonus-funded profit, or any other manipulation of the bonus structure — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and accounts suspended in accordance with Section 8 of this Agreement.

5.4 kg1971's Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions

kg1971 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. A promotion may be withdrawn early if it is found to be subject to abuse, technical error, or where it has been misrepresented in any way. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of withdrawal will retain any bonus funds already credited, subject to the prevailing wagering terms.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on kg1971 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, casino game, or event, as published in the kg1971 platform at the time of placing the bet. The following general rules apply across all kg1971 products.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued by the kg1971 system. Bets placed during a network interruption or system outage that do not receive a confirmation reference are not valid and will not be honoured. kg1971 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or where a manifest technical error has occurred in the bet acceptance system.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on kg1971. The applicable limits are displayed within the relevant product interface at the time of placing a bet or wager. kg1971 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and may apply individual account-level stake restrictions where warranted by responsible gaming considerations or risk management requirements.

6.3 Sports Betting — In-Play Rules

In-play (live) bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are accepted subject to market availability at the time of placement. Odds on in-play markets update in real time. Once a bet has been confirmed at the displayed odds, those odds are locked for that bet regardless of subsequent movement. Any bet placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined — whether due to a system delay or otherwise — will be voided and the stake returned.

6.4 Casino and Slots Games

All casino games available on kg1971 — including slots, live dealer tables, and game show titles — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, etc.). In the event of a conflict between the game provider's rules and these general terms, the game provider's rules apply to the specific game outcome, while kg1971's payment and account terms apply to the resulting transaction.

6.5 Disconnection Policy

If your internet connection is interrupted during a live casino game session, the round in progress will be completed automatically according to the rules of the relevant game. The outcome of any completed round is final. kg1971 is not responsible for losses sustained as a result of disconnection caused by your device, internet service provider, or mobile network operator.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kg1971 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account per individual (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, access account information, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, poker, or any team-based wagering activity to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, display errors, or pricing errors in the betting markets or casino game system.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including placing bets with the primary purpose of converting funds regardless of outcome.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment method to fund or withdraw from a kg1971 account.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise extract proprietary data from the kg1971 platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting using non-public information on any sporting event available on the kg1971 sportsbook.

7.2 Fraud Detection and Investigation

kg1971 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity in real time. Where suspicious activity is detected, kg1971 may immediately freeze the affected account, suspend pending transactions, and initiate an internal investigation. Players under investigation will be notified via their registered contact details and will be given a reasonable opportunity to provide information in response to the investigation findings.

7.3 Reporting Suspicious Activity

If you become aware of any fraudulent or suspicious activity relating to your kg1971 account or another player's conduct, you are encouraged to report it to the support team at support@kg1971.net. kg1971 treats all fraud reports confidentially and will not disclose the identity of a reporting player to any third party in connection with a fraud investigation.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by kg1971

kg1971 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time period after a request has been made.
• Account inactivity in accordance with Section 3.4.
• A court order or instruction from a competent authority requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used to facilitate money laundering or other financial crime.

Where an account is closed for breach of these terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending the outcome of the relevant investigation. Where an account is closed for any other reason not related to breach, the real-money balance (excluding any active bonus funds) will be returned to the registered payment method within a reasonable time period.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your kg1971 account at any time by contacting the support team at support@kg1971.net. Before closing your account, ensure that all pending withdrawals have been processed and that you have claimed any eligible bonus funds you wish to retain (subject to applicable wagering requirements). Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened without a new registration and re-verification process.

8.3 Self-Exclusion as an Alternative

If you are requesting account closure due to gambling-related concerns, kg1971 strongly recommends activating a formal self-exclusion period as an alternative, or in addition, to account closure. Self-exclusion ensures your account cannot be reopened during the exclusion period and provides an additional layer of protection if you are experiencing difficulties controlling your gambling behaviour. 8.4 Appeals Process

If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit a written appeal to support@kg1971.net within 30 days of the suspension or closure notification. Appeals must include a clear statement of the grounds for the appeal and any supporting documentation. kg1971 will acknowledge all appeals within two business days and issue a final decision within 14 business days of the acknowledgement.
